Medigus is a pioneer developer of a unique proprietary endoscopic device for the treatment of GERD, one of the most common chronic diseases in the western world.
In addition, based on its proprietary technologies, Medigus designs and manufactures endoscopy systems, for parter companies, including major players in the medical device industry.
Medigus has an advanced technology platform that includes all necessary elements for performing a wide range of endoscopic procedures. The platform includes various types of rigid, semi-flexible and flexible video endoscopes, as well as respective endoscopy suites.

Racheli Guz-Lavi, has served for the past ten years, as a board member and chairperson in several public, government and private companies.
Ms. Guz-Lavi Adv. (CPA), LLM has extensive experience in addressing business, tax, economic and fiscal matters with particular specialization in corporate, real estate, international and indirect taxation.
Ms. Guz-Lavi also serves as of Counsel at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co. Advocates.
Ms. Guz-Lavi holds an LL.B. (cum laude) and a B.A. in Accounting and Economics (cum laude), both from Tel Aviv University, and an LL.M. (magna cum laude) from Bar Ilan University and she is also a licensed CPA.
