Until 2005 Mr. Ben-Dor served as CEO and Managing Partner of Biocom, a specialized healthcare venture capital firm that was established in April 2000 by the Ofer Group.
Mr. Ben-Dor has many years of managerial experience in various industries, such as Vice President of The Israel Corporation, Ltd. and chairman and director of several of its subsidiaries.
Mr. Ben-Dor served as Vice President of Business Development for Clal Industries Ltd., which is one of the leading investment groups in Israel.
Mr. Ben-Dor currently serves on the board of UTC - Underwater Technology Center and TK Signals and serves as Chaiman of the board of Nirosoft Ind. Ltd.
Mr. Ben-Dor holds an M.A. degree from Bar-Ilan University.
