Mr. Rabinowitch is a former Managing Partner of Bavly & Co (KPMG--Israel), Mr. Rabinowitch, is the former Commissioner of the Israeli IRS and an expert in tax and legal matters. Mr. Rabinowitch is one of the key opinion leaders in the fields of economics and high-tech in Israel. During the last few years, Mr. Rabinowitch has focused part of his activities on raising funds for start-ups in the fields of medical devices and biomedical engineering.
